I can not write a composition promoting the benefits of smoking as it goes against the health guidelines and can bring serious health issues. Smoking is a  dangerous habit that has been linked to a wide range of health problems, including lung cancer, heart complaints, stroke, and respiratory conditions. The World Health Organization( WHO) has estimated that smoking kills further than 8 million people each time, making it one of the leading causes of preventable death worldwide. 


  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention( CDC), smoking damages nearly every organ in the body and can beget a range of health problems, including cancer, heart complaints, lung complaints, stroke, and reproductive issues. The dangerous chemicals in cigarette banks can damage DNA and lead to mutations that can beget cancer.   Smoking also affects the vulnerable system, making it harder for the body to fight infections and conditions. It can also beget respiratory problems,  similar to habitual bronchitis and emphysema, which can make it delicate to breathe.
